Surfliner Retractable Window Awning All-Season Retractable Protection!
The Surfliner Retractable Awning reduces summer cooling costs up to 20% from solar heat-gain by blocking the sun's alpha rays before they enter a home or office. During the winter seasons, the retractable fabric window awning easily rolls up to expose natural sun light to increase internal temperatures. An optional bronze finish WeatherGuard™ cover is available (at the time of purchase) to protect and prolong the life of the Sunbrella® fabric while the awning is rolled up during the winter season. The protective cover makes the retractable awning a permanent installation to save time and expenses for seasonal set up and take down. The do-it-yourself Surfliner Retractable Fabric Window Awning is delivered fully assembled for quick and easy installation. Please read the Important Notes and Measuring Instructions carefully. Striped fabric patterns are fabricated vertically on the awning.
Wider canvas awning sizes available from 85 to 120-inches (Call for details.)
Shipped partially assembled with all necessary hardware.

Awning Width may be custom cut to 1-inch increments. For pricing and ordering purposes, simply select the next largest size and indicate the exact width measurement in the Comments Section during the checkout process.

Model 0 recommended for windows measuring up to 36-inches in height.
Model 1 recommended for windows measuring up to 46-inches in height.
Model 2 recommended for windows measuring up to 56-inches in height.

All CheapAwnings products are custom-made based upon specific and unique selections. As a result, CheapAwnings does NOT offer product returns or refunds after the initial 72-hour time of order placement. Only defective units or units damaged during freight shipment will be exchanged. Damaged freight (i.e. crushed or torn boxes, broken or torn awning materials) must be documented with the freight carrier at the time of delivery. Failure to report freight damage to the freight carrier at the time of delivery will eliminate the possibility of customer reimbursement for freight damaged products. Please verify that your selections are correct, and your measurements and options are accurate before and when placing an order.
SHIPPING CHARGES will be required for all Shady Canopy Products and for all orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories of Guam and Puerto Rico and all other International locations.
Awning measurement accuracy is the customer's responsibility.
Damaged freight (i.e. crushed or torn boxes, broken or torn awning materials) must be documented with the freight carrier at the time of delivery. Failure to report freight damage to the freight carrier at the time of delivery will eliminate the possibility of customer reimbursement for freight damaged products.
Freight package or product damage must be reported to CheapAwnings immediately.
CheapAwnings must be notified prior to returning any product.
All CheapAwnings.com Canvas and Metal Awnings do NOT carry Wind-Load Ratings.
Damages caused by wind, extreme weather, misuse, negligence to awnings, umbrellas and canopies are NOT covered by the warranty and are the customer's responsibility.
Only CheapAwnings.com stationary Metal Awnings are suitable for snow-loads up to 50lbs. per square foot.
All metal and fabric awnings are manufactured to CheapAwnings' standard practices.
CheapAwnings reserves the right to substitute some component parts.
All drop height and projection measurements are approximate.
Fabric color selection is the customer's responsibility.
Color swatch samples are available, call for details.
Valance scallop binding trim and Seam Thread will be a complimentary color.
Fabric seams joining fabric panels are sewn in a vertical orientation.
Frame members are painted; color selection is determined by CheapAwnings.
Some frame parts and hardware may not be painted.
Shady Canopy frames are not painted (galvanized finish).
Flame-retardant fabric is only available by special order, call for details and pricing.
